Fig & Whisky Cake

Indulgent, sumptuous and moreish are some of the words used to describe our Fig & Whisky Fruit Cake. This delicious cake is beautifully boxed in our signature fig leaf green with a gift tag for you to personalise, making it ideal for gifting. Jam packed with fruit (80%) from the farm, lots of figs, a smattering of cherries and a few traditional fruit cake elements for good measure!

We grow, harvest and dry the figs on our farm in the beautiful Adelaide hills. Our figs, dried fruit and spices are marinated in Starward Whisky distilled in Melbourne for approximately six months before baking.
